1. Take slight left at junction 29 onto A48(M).

2. Continue onto Eastern Avenue / A48 for 6.8 miles passing large Tescos on your left.

3. Branch left onto Mill Ln/A4119 just after passing under ‘UWIC’ bridge.

4. Turn left onto Cardiff Road / A4119. 5. Turn left onto Pen-Hill Road / A4119.

Sophia House is on the left 0.8 miles down Cathedral Road.

1. Take the exit toward Cardiff West. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A4232.
